Joseph Chan
General Manager
- has over 20 years of financial industry experience. He joined Pickers Capital Management Limited (“Pickers”) in 2025 as General Manager and became a Director in 2026 to manage business development and operations. He leads and supervises Pickers' overall investment strategies, including asset selection, tactical allocation, and risk management. Joseph also has direct oversight over Pickers’ operations and project management.
- holds a Master of Professional Accounting degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and has been a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 2005.
Calvin Lo
Fund Manager
- is the Director and Fund Manager at Pickers Capital Management Limited, where he heads the China equity research team. In this capacity, he serves as sole manager of the CFund - China Equity and co-manager of an multi-asset portfolio. His comprehensive role encompasses trade execution, portfolio oversight, and high-level regulatory governance, alongside directing cross-functional collaboration across operations, research analysts, and external stakeholders.
- Since joining Pickers in 2018, Calvin has played a key role across portfolio management, financial modeling, risk monitoring, research oversight, and day-to-day fund operations, having originally served as an Investment Analyst covering the auto, healthcare, and consumer sectors.
- He holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London.
