• Prior to establishing Pickers, Mr. Lee was a Senior Fund Manager at Value Partners, where he held a prominent leadership role in investment and portfolio management from 2003 to 2012. Mr. Lee was Executive Director and Fund Manager of the award-winning Value Partners China Greenchip Fund from 2009 to 2012.
• He graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Financial Engineering) and a master’s degree in Business Economics. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) charterholder.
• Mr. Lee is married and has two children. He is a marathon runner.

Ms. Lau started her career at Credit Agricole Asset Management, where she was an investment manager focusing on Hong Kong, China and India equities.
• She was ranked #3 in the Thomson Reuters 2010 Extel Asia Pacific Survey – All Buyside Individuals, General Equities/Strategy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Finance) from the University of British Columbia and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) charterholder.

• Calvin graduated from the Imperial College London with a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Prior to joining Pickers, Calvin had several internship experiences in engineering and telecommunication sectors.
